Type D — flat nose, transit style

With no hood, far more of the vehicle becomes living space — the best length efficiency of any school bus. The critical question is where the engine sits: a rear-engine bus loses the back few feet but gives a completely flat floor forward, while a front-engine puts a housing beside the driver and keeps the rear usable. Establish which you are looking at before drawing anything.
